High in fibre and low in calories, wheatberries are a nutritional powerhouse. Quite literally the berries from wheat plants, these golden-coloured grains are whole, unprocessed wheat kernels which contain all three parts of the grain.

For a quick and tasty plant-based paella, simply sauté Mediterranean vegetables with a sprinkle of paprika. Add stock, Spanish-Style grains and a squeeze of lemon juice. Simmer until reduced then garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve and enjoy!

SIMPLE TO PREPARE
Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Store in a cool dry place, once opened refrigerate and eat within 3 days.
